Just a quick box break on Nessus, but it's something to look out for in other areas too...
Turns out sometimes when you've got a teleporter connecting you to another zone, a copy of the portal exists in the new zone. This portal will sometimes take you out of box. It works in Well of Giants. Didn't have luck in the other Nessus areas I checked, but definitely may work elsewhere.

By the way, the hole I used in Well of Stone is at the ceiling to the left after the portal. I stasis meleed out near the top crouching on a crystal.
