Destiny 2's Lore and Story in the Monument of Triumph update hints to the next steps taken by Xivu Arath and her new retainer, Toland the Shattered. Together it appears that they plan on exploiting the Dreadnought and reclaiming Xivu Arath's Throne World, The Black Terrace. This involves instigating a war and exploiting 5 worlds that are known as "Dominions of War." These include Luna, Torobatl, Fundament and two other unknown worlds.
