Found a way to fish during Public Events.

Usually, the Fishing Pond goes away when a Public Event starts. When this happens, it ruins your "fishing streak" or whatever. I don't want it patched, so I'm not gonna say how...but I wanted to at least show you guys there was a way to do it...so if you figure it out, good for you!
