After 47 failed attempts at various points in the raid we finally managed to nail flawless. Since we couldn't always get our 6th person reliably, we just learned how to do it with 5. Not too many adjustments needed.

For practice beforehand we played each encounter until we could finish it three times in a row without any deaths. The name of the game was risk mitigation: at every death we tried to take a precaution after that to avoid that kind of death. Same goes for the platforming sections. Still, in the last few runs leading up to this win, the majority of our deaths were on platforming sections. Welp.

Kalli loadout/strats/tips:
- Falling Star Thundercrash, Chaos Reach
- divinity, mix of breach 'n clear anarchy + slugs, witherhoard + crown splitter
- Adjustment for 5 man: we had one person take 2 adjacent plates. There was still plenty of time
- Use extra care so people can make it into the right doors during DPS. Generally that meant stopping DPS with enough time to go in carefully.

Shuro Chi loadout/strats/tips:
- Anarchy, witherhoard, and swords for DPS
- various add-clearing things like Trinity Ghoul, sunshot, sunbreaker titan, hunter stasis
- I used stronghold + a sword for standing on plates
- Don't get too close to the boss until it's damage time. Sometimes she can boop you off or one shot snipe you randomly
- Have a good system during plates for people swapping plates to avoid duplicates
- Have great add-clear during plates so the plate people can focus on just the plates and not on surviving
- Effectively clear the phalanxes at the top of the teacups to pave the way for the rest of the team to come

Morgeth loadout/strats/tips:
- Breach 'n clear witherhoard + sword
- Saint-14 bubble (overshield in case you slip out during DPS) + well


Vault loadout/strats/tips:
- Shotguns and swords for dealing with knights
- Everyone vigilant about knights spawning
- clear phalanxes between phases so they don't physics someone unexpectedly. The ones in the tunnels come out of the woodwork into the main rooms between phases
- Adjustment for 5-man: immediately after reading, one of the symbol readers went to clear the first lock, then went back to plate defense

Riven loadout/strats/tips:
- Adjustment for 5-man: one side only gets two people, so they have to be more flexible and versatile. Probably the hardest part overall of the raid, but they nailed it
- DPS was divinity and various combo of rockets, anarchy, xenophage, snipers, and golden gun. Bubble and well, of course
- Good add-clear in the symbol rooms, especially the snipers. Sniper resist can help
- Multiple people spotting eyes during symbol rooms for extra safety

Queenswalk loadout/strats/tips:
- Adjustment for 5-man: don't make any mistakes :)
- mostly just add-clearing weapons
- lots of care not to accidentally get sucked in; give enough space when the countdown ends
- first person sucked into the dark realm is always the last person to pick up a taken strength, to get the timing right for the extension
- steel nerves required
