Teaching our worship philosophy to our Life Team (Worship Ministry Volunteers) where I serve at Liberty Live Church in Hampton, VA.
Much of this philosophy has been shaped by the teaching of our Senior Pastor, Dr. Grant Ethridge. The "Tour Guide" analogy is something I first heard from my friend, Andi Rozier but also experienced myself during a trip to Israel.
I hope this content is both encouraging and equipping as you consider the Biblical mandate worship leaders have to intentionally lead others into the holy presence of God.
