From some HD remastered releases of some 1968 episodes of "Star Trek: The Original Series" season 2.
This bylineless Desilu logo was created by taking the logo with the 1967 copyright notice, and blacking out the copyright notice. As a result, the CBS Paramount Television logo contains a 1968 copyright notice with a Paramount Pictures Corporation line, which was originally seen on the Paramount Television logos. There is a version of the CBS Paramount Television logo with even more info from the Paramount Television logos, including the Gulf + Western byline (mistakenly added) and the old Paramount print logo. That version seems to have been exclusive to syndicated prints that aired during the mid-to-late 2000s on U.S. TV.

The CBS Television Distribution logo is missing the 1978 copyright notice that shouldve been present. When I originally covered this over 7 years ago, I covered this error from the 2009 Blu-ray release because the episode The Galileo Seven had this error. This comes from the Roddenberry Vault Blu-ray set, as every season 1 episode that uses the CBS Television Distribution logo is missing the copyright notice.")
