From various HD remastered season 2 episodes of "Star Trek: The Original Series".
Some episodes that originally didn't originally have a copyright notice now use this copyright notice. On HD remastered releases, this copyright notice was used alongside the 1978 copyright notice on 1967 episodes, and is strangely used on some 1968 episodes from season 2. Other 1968 episodes from season 2 have no copyright notice on the Desilu logo, which strangely replaces the Paramount Television logo.
