Hey everyone,
I purchased a Rephr brush for review a month ago, and I have a middling/mixed review for you here. I thought it was important to get another perspective in the mix of the glowing reviews that people have been posting. But that doesn't mean that anyone who likes it isn't honest! I'm 100% sure they are. I just tried to take a wider perspective on the brush, both in terms of considering other user cases than my own and also to consider my skin considerations of late.
I also have a lot of feedback on the way the brushes are marketed and how the website (as it existed at the time of filming) is structured. If you didn't know, I'm a UX designer—so parts of this relate to my job!
Even though it's not always fun to hear, feedback is important for the success of a product and business, so I hope the Rephr team finds this helpful if they do happen to see it. I wish them all the best in their future product lines, and I am looking forward to trying out more of the brushes after the launch!
