After all that planning and designing (see my four earlier videos), here is how we actually built this custom-designed chicken house, with basic tools and construction skills and a moderate budget.

Every chicken house will have slightly different needs, depending on your climate, how many chickens you have, and what's important to you about keeping chickens.
