Deputies say bodycam shows them rescuing a dog that was locked inside a van after being left unattended for nearly four hours while outside temperatures were in the 80s. Deputies broke a window, allowing animal control to get the dog out and into an air-conditioned vehicle. The dog was later returned to its owner, who said the van's air conditioning was left on but apparently stopped working. The owner was issued a summons.
