Sometimes we all need to vent! And editing your feelings out is a healthy way to do that!
Maybe i will take this down in case it gets a lot of hate: but just to clarify:
I can only talk for myself: I am going trough depression myself and it is not always 'surround yourself with flowers and happy people'. Those are the songs that keep me alive. That make me feel like I am not alone. I listen to them and I can let my anger out by listening to those songs, by editing my feelings. I put a trigger warning. I wrote a message at the end of the video and in the db. Altough you might not understand it: even sad music can help. (and about half of those songs have a positive message) I know where you are getting at and I totally understand it! selfharm should not be glorified. But that is not what I am trying to do. I want people to feel less alone, less missunderstood. But I know that this does not work for everybody this way. That is why i put the triggerwarnings.
