I didn't tell any body that 25-29th I was going through a depression episode. Cause I didn't want anyone to worry. The anxiety left me sleepy and tired and I didn't have the energy to tell anyone or explain. That was dumb of me and i should have told at least aster. I didn't want to throw my problems on anyone aswell. So I kinda just boiled in it.again a dumb chose. My family knew cause they live with me but I kinda stay'd distent.
