Even as we took a lot of time trying to find an exit to the palace, the sun is now starting to set as we continue walking around the gardens.
Of course, not too long thereafter, the temperature begins to drop.
The flowers also started to wilt. Has autumn already come?
Given that our shoulders are exposed to the incoming cold air, how are we supposed to stay warm?
Once the sun had fully set, a portal began to open up.
I didn't even know where the portal would take us. We walked in anyway...
As of this upload, this is the final day of Daylight Saving Time in my area, as Lily White heads down to the Southern Hemisphere. I wanted to write an original that expresses the sorrow as winter time begins. I sort of envisioned it as an autumn version of Dream of a Spring Breeze from Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom. This might even be the ending theme for my next Touhou Project fangame. Who knows?
