Is Denver Colorado in a housing Bubble? A lot of my colleagues in the real estate industry don't seem to think so - in fact a lot of them are cheering the market on (it's kind of what we do for a living so I get it.....) I however, think that things are going to take a reversal in the Denver metro area .

Prices have shot up so far in the last 3 years, that they are beginning to out pace wages and pushing a lot of first time buyers out of the market.

I still think now is an excellent time if you've been considering selling your home - you can get more out of it than any time in recent years.. However with buying I would recommend a little more caution as you may be entering at what I consider to be near the top of the market.
