This week we took Braxton to see his first Denver Broncos game live, at Mile High. Guess what? The Broncos won and beat the Indianapolis Colts for the first time in a while. It was really an exciting and fun game to see in person. My Dad also joined us, while my Mom graciously stayed home with Harrison so they could take Sunday afternoon naps. We got to check out the newly opened Mile High Monument during the pre-game.
Von Miller made some great stops and forced a fumble near the end of the game that put the Denver Broncos way ahead in the last few minutes of the game. It was too much for Andrew Luck and his Colts to come back from. Demaryius Thomas also racked up a lot of yards which helped my fantasy team out to win this weekend too!
Mom and Dad flew in from Texas to celebrate the boys birthdays and spoiled them like only grandparents can do. Harrison got his Thomas and Percy trains he’s been dying to get, while Braxton opened his automatic Nerf blaster that shoots 5 darts per second! That’s right, his nerf gun will shoot 5 darts out every second until the drum magazine is emptied. More to come with that next week with some live footage.
Harrison started his soccer season with Ashley, aka Mommy as the team’s coach. We had so much fun getting to see him and his friends start to learn how to play team sports together after a quick 30 minute practice.
