After learning that his blood pressure is dangerously high, Dennis decides to take a personal mental health day and escape the stress of everyday life. What starts as a simple trip to the beach quickly turns into a nightmare as he becomes trapped in a series of frustrating encounters with apps, automated customer service systems, self-driving technology, and modern conveniences that seem designed to make life more complicated. As the obstacles pile up, Dennis's carefully controlled demeanor begins to crack, leading to one of the show's most memorable and increasingly surreal episodes.
