In the official cut, my first words in the discussion were meant to set the stage for what I was to try to say later.
1. Neutrinos, which are a form of dark matter - because they cannot be detected by electromagnetic means - are real and proven (hence, if cold analogues can be made, which I discuss later, the weak force will allow for transmutation without the Coulomb barrier being a factor)
2. Russian researchers have considered the process in the same basket as the natural phenomena of Ball Lightning for three decades.
3. That the largest systematic study ever conducted in the field - by Proton-21 Labs of the Ukraine and Adamenko et.al. - showed that all elements in the periodic table and more, could reliably be synthesised from any metal and a disruptive focussed electrical shockwave. The estimated energy yield was 1000x that of the input (though some was lost in neutral emissions) This technology was transferred and verified in the US before it went dark.
The introduction was to ensure that moving forward in the discussion, it could be accepted that transmutation was real, proven and accepted to be related to ball lightning and later I was to clarify that Adamenko considered it due to dark matter in the core.
In the whole recording, I referred regularly back to the work of Adamenko, based on my belief that I had set the foundation for a conversation based on established fact. I had cited the labs 2003 awarded international patent and Adamenko et. als. 2006 book which the listener could have verified.
Given that this critical (in my view) foundational, but omitted, segment was only about seven minutes it would not have made much change to the near 3 hours run time. It is unfortunate that it missed the cut, I am sure it was just an oversight.

I have long since moved on from "is broad-scale matter manipulation possible?" to "is hitting it with a big hammer the best way?"
