This is from the standalone demo disc. As far as i know, this demo doesn't even show up in standard PS2 demo discs.
This playable demo is Neopets: The Darkest Faerie

You can play as two characters, but you're gonna end up using that for specific enemies in battle, because 1 is ranged and thus easily takes care of distant and weak enemies, while the other can charge and actually damage enemies who can block.
You can get random healing items from the weed plant things, while the tall grass gives you coins. I do not know what the coins do, so for the demo, we don't bother too much.
There's a bit of exploration, but really, you do the prince's quest and im pretty sure the demo ends with that alone. The other quest you can do, i think you can end up skipping easily, unless the demo does expect you to do both, in which the item you can get from the chest at the end COULD be of use on the way there.
I... genuinely dont know what the guy who you can feed and have follow you around even does. It doesn't have any purpose in this demo far as i know.
You can randomly acquire numerous elements. Unfortunately in this recording, i didn't get those for the most part.
When the demo ends, it just restarts itself basically. Being that it's standalone, that was pretty obvious.
The intro bit has a song called "March Of The Damned" by Jim Dooley. Apparently, this is copyrighted. Great. So it'll be muted.
