I have set up Windows 95 on PCem, and it's still perfect.

UPDATE (5/24/25): Ever since this video became so popular, Sprunki fans have invaded the comment section and kept saying that the 'child' voice is actually one of the Sprunki characters, Mr. Fun Computer. I know Mr. Fun Computer's voice originated from this program, and of course, I've seen Sprunki, but calm down, for god's sake.
