After defeating the Dirty Colossus I head back into the Nexus to drop off some items, spend my souls and do my obligatory suicide. Then I head back into Valley of Defilement to take out Garl Vinland and Maiden Astraea. With the Pureblood demon soul I only require the red hot demon soul to make my Blueblood sword so I head back into Stonefang and work my way down to the infamous Flamelurker. Finally I go back into world 1-1 to fight the black phantom Executioner Miralda in pure black world tendency.
Note: I found out after I stopped recording how to get the Dragonbone Smasher. All I had to do was go back to the top of that area and the path was clear. I'll grab it in the next video.
