It's been quite a while since I played this game, and even when I did it was only for a few weeks last December. I played through it twice and then went back to Dark Souls. My knowledge of Demon's Souls is nowhere near what I know about Dark Souls so expect to see me struggle a bit as I try to get back up to speed.
In this part I go from character creation, through the tutorial and all the way to the first boss fight in the Boletarian Palace(world 1-1). Since I don't know as much about Demon's, most of my commentary will be on my take of the differences between both games as well as my reactions in real time to this very difficult game. It's my first time attempting live commentary so I'm trying to balance talking about things while concentrating on the game. Please by all means give me some honest feedback about the commentary so that I can know what I need to improve upon. Once I get the hang of it then I think I'll be able to pop out videos at a much faster rate than previously.
Note: This was the first time I've recorded from my PS3 and the recorded game volume was just a tad too high. Some of the louder sound effects are a bit distorted so I'll be fixing that in future videos. I'm not sure why it's so loud in comparison to Xbox or PC recording but unfortunately I didn't catch it until the end of the first video.
