The regular boss fight with added audio at the second stage. The audio isnt unused, just hard to notice. You can hear parts of it if you pay attention.
Oceiros was supposed to be holding a real baby, and then supposedly kill it on the second stage, but the baby noises continue on stage 2.
Theres several audios of squishing and they play all over the second stage, so it seems that the baby does not die despite being attacked, maybe he is immortal.
