Bernie Sanders and Tom Perez, the new chair of the DNC, went on a "unity tour" where many people noted distinct differences in the messaging between the two men.
Bernie also noted that he is not a democrat, to the anger of many DNC/democratic party fans.
Here I discuss why the reaction to the tour shows me that democratic party and establishment supporters appear to have learned basically nothing thus far post-election, and why we could be in for eight years of Trump, assuming he hasn't cratered America by the next election.
