Here's a video capture of the live presentation we did at the 2019 BC Bike Show to show the basics of installing a conversion kit. The intention of the talk and demo was to give people a clear idea of what it takes to do your own kit installation and to point out the various tips, options, and pitfalls in the process. We were also hoping to encourage a few more people who'd been on the fence to say "yeah, I can do that!"
