Backstory:
Hycrisik and its siblings were, in the Light World, figurines embodying crucial steps of the prophecy, residing in the church. In the Dark Sanctuary, however, they were Prophecy Demons determined to make the prophecy happen exactly as intended and without room for interpretation- leading to the Hammer of Justice banishing all of them... except Hycrisik, who survived after Asgore took its figurine in order to further his own investigation.
In the world of flowers, however, Hycrisik chose to become something more than just a figurine.

1. Why does the lore differ from the original Hycrisik?
R: We were given permission to make more content of it as long as we use our own assets and basically make an entirely new character- which is exactly what we've done with this one. You can do the same too, as long as you give credit!
2. How powerful is Hycrisik?
R: In its normal form as a Prophecy Demon, Hycrisik is pretty strong, enough to give even the Hammer of Justice a little trouble— but as Heaven Hycrisik? It is leagues above, stronger than a newborn Titan. Similarly to the fight with the Roaring Knight in Chapter 3, unless you're wearing the Sky Mantle, you're going to be dealt 999 damage— just that with the "PURIFIED" effect instead of "SWOON".
3. Why does Kris fight Heaven Hycrisik alone?
R: Just like Gerson was a duel type battle for Susie and a life lesson for her— this battle is a duel type battle and a life lesson for Kris. To be more specific, the whole battle occurs in the SOUL's inner world, with Kris and Heaven Hycrisik fighting to exorcise the other— for Kris to get the SOUL back or for Hycrisik to get true ownership over the SOUL.
4. What mechanics does this fight use?
R: The fight uses the Cyan Soul Mode— while in this mode, you can only move in a 3x3 grid and you're restricted to the beat of the music— think of Crypt of the NecroDancer.
5. If Hycrisik absorbed the SOUL, what is the cyan soul that appears?
R: It is a representation of Kris's original cyan soul that appears in the inner world (whose trait is Patience), as a stand-in for Kris's side of the conflict.
6. What programs did you use to make this?
R: For spriting I used a combination of SAI2 and Aseprite. For editing, I used Adobe After Effects. I compose all my music in FL Studio.
