For people who don't want to watch
How to get this route.
To get this basically kill everything in chapter 1 or start fresh in chapter 2
Kill everything in chapter 2 until you meet Noelle then turn back and kill everything using only Noelle's ice attack.
Go into that weird store area for Spamton, check out his store and basically kill everything with Noelle's ice magic for the rest of the game.
There's some dialogue options you have to do but if you act like a weird clingy abusive stalker you'll get through it. You also have to get some rings. Talk to any npc you see. Search every area you're in thoroughly before proceeding anywhere. The dumpster in the bottom left sells you a ring you need once you kill everyone. Once you fight that bird dude kill him with that new skill. Spam it once you hit 100tp until Noelle listens.
