First test after drilling up (3.2mm) heatsink and heatbreak on my PLA Jamming E3D V6 3mm direct hotend.
Much better now.

Extruder is geared PG35L from Ultibots.

0.4mm nozzle 0.3 layer vase mode in Simplify3D.
Have more testing before i can say the drilling fixed it.
