✦INGREDIENTS✦
☐ 2 Tbsp olive oil
☐ Chicken thighs or breasts (bite size)
☐ salt/pepper
☐ 2 Tbsp olive oil
☐ 2 zucchinis (sliced)
☐ 1 Lg. red bell pepper (sliced)
☐ 1/2 onion (sliced)
☐ 5 oz. matchstick carrots
☐ pepper
☐ 2 tsp minced garlic
☐ Thai rice noodles *add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil to water
SAUCE:
☐ 2 tsp brown sugar
☐ 2 tsp minced garlic
☐ 2 tsp fish sauce
☐ 1 tsp ginger
☐ 1 1/2 to 2 tsp Thai chili paste or Sriracha sauce
☐ 2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
☐ 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
☐ 2 Tbsp dark soy sauce
☐ 2 tsp sesame oil
☐ 1/2 cup chicken broth
☐ 2 Tbsp corn starch
☐ 3 leaves Thai basil
☐ *top with green onions and sesame seeds
