4 cups blueberries
1 tbsp lemon zest
3 tbsp lemon Juice
1tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
Optional - Vanilla (1 dash)
******Crust******
5 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups unsalted butter, cold
6 tbsp ice water
1 egg for the egg wash
1 tbsp cream for the egg wash
