Old school delicatessens are a dying entity these days, this is tribute to that. My favorite is mannys deli in chicago who are famous for their potato pancakes and pastrami. This dog starts with a nathans hot dog, has sweet onion cream, pickled apples, apple puree and is wrapped in a potato latke.
