The NCR Planning Board has proposed the Regional Plan 2041, a ₹20 lakh crore long-term blueprint aimed at transforming the Delhi-NCR region over the next 15 years.
The plan focuses on addressing housing affordability, reducing pressure on Delhi, and expanding development across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
With initiatives like RRTS (Namo Bharat), Transit-Oriented Development, and integrated multimodal transport, the vision is to create a highly connected “30-minute NCR.”
It aims to boost housing supply, improve affordability, strengthen infrastructure, and develop new urban growth centres while redeveloping older city areas for better land use efficiency.
