I've been working on this build, this is the same "blue item" build, except we upgraded from blue items to rare items.

Hey guys, I was just sort of thinking of how far you can push the system and came up with this. This can be VERYYYY profitable when done properly and the best part is that your odds arent even bad until you get to double fractured prefixes or suffixes.
