## How to Bulk Delete Gmail Promotions Emails
*Step 1:* Open the Promotions category from the top inbox tab, the left More menu, or by using Gmail search options and choosing Promotions under Search.
*Step 2:* Make sure the Promotions view is sorted by Most Recent because Most Relevant can prevent the delete all option from appearing.
*Step 3:* Click the Select All checkbox above the email list to select the messages shown on the current page.
*Step 4:* Click the link to select all conversations that match the search or all conversations in Promotions.
*Step 5:* Click the trash can icon, confirm the bulk action with OK, and wait while Gmail moves the selected Promotions emails to Trash.
*Step 6:* Open Trash from the left More menu, refresh if needed, then choose Empty Trash Now or select the messages and click Delete Forever.
*Step 7:* Review Promotions before permanently deleting anything because Gmail can misclassify important emails as promotional.
