On the night of September 21, Ukraine targeted the "Tikhoretsk" arsenal in Russia's Krasnodar Krai.

At the time of the strike, a train carrying at least 2,000 tons of ammunition, including some from North Korea, was present at the arsenal. Additionally, a "Podlet" radar station, which was detecting air targets in the direction of the arsenal, was also attacked.

Furthermore, Ukraine's Security Service struck the 23rd arsenal of the Russian Ministry of Defense’s Main Artillery Directorate near the village of Oktyabrsky in the Tver region.
