TLDR :
-Season Journey will give you a great aspect
-Seasonal Quest will let you have Malignant hearts and
-Level to 30 by doing strongholds and Seasonal Quest
-Do 1 world boss to get 4-5 Legendary Items
-Lvl to 40 and do 1st capstone
-Go to T3 and do some NM Dungeons and hell tides to find Item Levels 700+
-Look for Staff 700 item, Controlt, Piercing Cold, Glacial, and Frozen tundras aspect for Blizzard Build: youtu.be/MHVcgDe9gaE
-Once your build is online, defeat Elias super Early with Stager and Ice Shards
-GGs you're in WT4 now, you can spam your strongholds again they will only have +2 from your level but will drop Ancestral Items
