This video uses the information I obtained from the Sean Reyes, Long Island Audit (“LIA”) case in Florida, where a defamation lawsuit was brought by Reyes against the mayor, in Reyes’ own name, and not in the name of his corporation. The judge dismiss the case with prejudice as to Reyes, and apparently ruled that “he” and “him” and related pronouns refer to the corporation - LIA. While LIA was the entity that signed-in at the hearings, that doesn’t preclude Reyes from being defamed. Also, the insidious part of ruling is that the next suit must be in the name of LIA, which forces Reyes to obtain counsel, and possibly other procedural hurdles. The information I have does not agree with the ruling. Pronouns abound in the mayor's FB post, and they track to Reyes, not LIA. I could not obtain the judge's ruling as of the time I did this video.
