Read Me - Recorded on May 27th, 1992 @ the Music Hall in Frankfurt, Germany.
Great sounding performance. Massive thanks and credit to luciferburns for the transfer. This is an alt audio source of the full performance. Different from the 'Rocked Tonight' CD that I've previously posted. These two tracks in particular were not recorded on the single disc version. Tomorrow will mark the 33rd anniversary of this show. The 13-Day Club Tour was a great space for the band to work in the set, as well for Vivian Campbell to grow more familiar with the material. Most of these recordings from the club run are enjoyable to listen to though.
Joe's voice sounds fantastic! You'll notice early on that Viv attempted to play the original album intro for 'Armageddon it'. Eventually they worked out the little riff chugging part that leads into a slightly altered version. The altered intro I'm speaking of is still used to this day, but without the riff build up/clapping. Check out the 1992 performance from Sheffield on the channel for direct reference. I'll post links for both below. Nonetheless I hope you all enjoy, keep it rocking my friends!
