PLAN , the Chinese Navy, is deploying a flotilla of 3 ships to the Gulf of Aden for Counter Piracy operations.
A Type052D Destroyer, a Type054A Frigate and Fleet Oiler are enroute to the Chinese port in Djibouti, Africa. China has forward deployed from this location since 2016 conducting Counter Piracy operations.
