I like fried mushrooms just as much as the next fella. Brenda Gantt like them too. She has several videos demonstrating her recipe and technique. Instead of her recipe I season mine with Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeño Rub, but still use technique which worked very well. I also fry up some chicken legs. #heathrilesbbq #lodgecastiron

**Other ThermoWorks Thermometers, I highly recommend the Dash and the ThermoPop 2, both are great thermometers at less than half the cost of the ThermoPen One. The ThermoPen Classic is also quite good.
