So everyone this goes without saying i'm no where near satisfied I will be working on this more and hopefully i'll set it up to use other neural net models and do other effects like the deep style transfer effects. But for now what I got is indeed portable it works not on all hardware. But out of 6 devices only 1 didn't run. Tensorflow supports a wide range of cpu's. And if you wish to edit the intensity or iterations and levels edit deep_dream.py with notepad for now eventually I will make this also easier with scripts.
