CORRECTION: All the "swap an impulse" abilities require that your new impulse feat have the same elemental trait (e.g., water to water). This limitation is on the class feature Reflow Elements, and all the feats that let you switch your impulses proc off of Reflow Elements. This means that the main strength of "multi-elementing" is expanding your choices, NOT the ability to have an on-call library of powers.
