Providing the ocean with a voice in the world of policy will help towards securing its future and raising awareness for its importance. Professor Ed Hill CBE, NOC's Chief Executive, and Alan Evans, NOC's Head of Marine Policy, sat down ahead of COP28 in Dubai to discuss the ocean's history with COP and some of the breakthroughs that have led to the ocean having a bigger importance than ever at the conference.
