🍂 Decorate with me for autumn as I bring some warm, cozy seasonal touches into our home! In today’s video, I’m getting the house ready for autumn while chatting about life, pregnancy and something that has always been important to me, the relationship between our environment and our psychological wellbeing.
As a Health Psychologist and Gestalt Psychotherapist, I find it important to reflect on how the spaces we surround ourselves with can influence the way we feel. Our homes aren’t simply the backdrop to our lives, we are constantly interacting with our environment.
For me, decorating for autumn isn’t only about making our home look pretty 🍁 It’s also about slowing down, enjoying the change of season and intentionally creating an environment that feels warm, comforting and nurturing. So join me in my 2026 Decorate with me for Autumn video!
