Learn how to decorate the 4th layer of your island in Animal Crossing New Horizons using this super easy out of bounds glitch. In this video, I will show you my process of setting up my 4th layer and how easy it is to climb onto the 4th layer. While ladders have previously told us it was too dangerous to climb up, people have found a way to get up there. Once you are at the top, you can then do a lot of decorating once you are up there including planting things and placing items.
