So to kick off my series of tutorials of HF digital mode decoding with the RTLSDR, I've started with FT8.
FT8 is a amateur Radio digital mode of communication.
Using a Cheap Software defined radio dongle, with a software mod to get it into the lower HF Bands, we are able to use it to decode those FT8 Signals.
