I made this part in one day after stalling for months after seeing a few friends start their parts. After seeing some of AgentJDN's decoration on X, I felt inspired to pick up the style and try it for myself. My main inspirations for this part were AgentJDN's Acceptance, Potatobaby's part from Night party, and ValentInsanity's Beautiful Now. Siv initially rejected this proposal, but some collab members convinced Siv to give it a chance. I struggled with colors a lot on this, as I was using a 3 color color scheme and tbh I've never even worked with two colors before this part. I finally landed on a green, magenta/red, and purple color combination. Feeling inspired by these colors I decided to push my part towards a "watermelon theme" with my final touches being the watermelon equalizers in the BG and the watermelon seeds in the back blocks behind the structures. Overall I am extremely happy with how this part turned out, I feel like it's emblematic of my improvement as a creator.
That being said, that pride was not reflected in the host's opinion of my part. The entire time I was building, Siv felt negatively about my part, he didn't like anything besides the designs I made, in particular he didn't like my colors. Hence, the part is replaced. It stung a bit initially, but I'm still proud of what I made.

I really loved doing my last showcase, so I decided to go ahead and do another one. I asked around for a while looking for a memorable silent level that would be interesting to showcase, and my friend GD Iris asked me to showcase this. As for the level I feel like this stands out from other impossible levels by actually putting effort into making the deco different. The gp sucks nuts, and there are 2 actually impossible parts. Cracks mini ufo, and the last jump are actually not possible at all.
Again DBI preview soon. Ill probably showcase Sakupen Circles v2 next, as its a super unknow and cool impossible level, but its so fucking hard.
