Sometimes the best declutter is a PRE-declutter. I just reorganized all of my makeup, so I don't want to make my vanity chaotic again with too many cosmetics. But what to do with the Christmas gifts I've received? And what about all the makeup that has been decluttered to me? How much of it can I "afford" to keep?
