Now that you have decluttered your home, let's take a closer look at how you are spending your time. What intentional schedule swaps can you make to use your time in a way that is meaningful to you? This video can help you improve your time management so that you are doing what you want and spending less time doing what you don't!

Reflection Prompt:
On a sheet of paper, draw a vertical line down the middle. On the left side of the sheet, complete a schedule audit where you record your actual schedule from throughout the day. Then, on the right side, reflect about how you would ideally like to use your time.

This video was created as part of my decluttering course Better with Less. This was previously a paid course that I created in 2019. I have decided to make the course videos available to everyone on YouTube. Please note that there may be topics discussed in the video that are no longer available, such as the course Facebook group, live coaching sessions, or personal email support.
