ThePoptimist | December Holiday Reading and Cheers to 2021! @ThePoptimist | Uploaded January 2021 | Updated October 2024, 1 day ago.
Welcome all to 2021! Closing out the year in reading with a couple of holiday reads that seemed to inform each other, specifically Alexandra Chang's Days of Distraction which was the gooey center of this literary s'more. It's a lightly fictionalized autobiography that feels like such a me book right now examining Asian-Americaness, Millennial tech work and biracial relationships.
