One of my favorite holiday memories includes my son and his grandpa playing for hours on the living room floor. I'm not sure who had more fun.
Adults obviously love to play! But many people have taken to heart the biblical quote, “When I became a man, I put away childish things.”
So a lot of us think playing is a guilty pleasure! Join us as we play around with the idea that the more things we consider play, the more fun our lives will be.
Whether we are Christmas shopping in horrendous crowds or having ugly conversations with relatives around the dinner table, seeing even distasteful chores as play, can keep us happier and healthier through the holidays and beyond!
